Age Policy

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made. All cancellations must be received by us in writing.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. For your convenience, currency conversion information is available while you are shopping on our site.

Gift Card and Delivery Information
As a reward for shopping, with us we offer our customers a free gift card with each gift purchased. Gifts On The Hop cannot be held responsible should any spelling mistakes occur on the gift card or delivery instructions. Please ensure that all information given to us is accurate.
Payment Policy
For your convenience, we offer several payment options. You may choose to pay for your gift by credit card, electronic transfer, money order or bank deposit. If paying by cheque, please allow 7 days for the payment to clear, before your gift will be delivered. A gift will not be dispatched for delivery unless payment has been received in full. Payment will not be processed unless the gift is available for delivery. All gifts will be invoiced with a reference number for your convenience. Any queries relating to your order can be followed up by quoting your order number.
Privacy Policy
All information we collect from you is strictly confidential. We understand that your privacy is very important and respect your right to protect it. The information we collect about you is limited to the extent of the service we provide to you. We collect information such as your name, contact details, payment details and information for identification purposes. We may also require information for delivery purposes. Returns
All our Gift Hampers are carefully packaged and delivered by reputable postal and courier services. Once a gift has been delivered and signed for, it ceases to be the responsibility of our company. However, should a gift arrive excessively damaged or in faulty working order, Gifts On The Hop will assess the possibility for replacement. Any item found to be damaged or faulty must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of the gift.
Sale of Liquor
Under the Liquor Act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. All gift hampers containing liquor must be purchased by someone over the age of 18 and must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. A gift hamper containing alcohol cannot be delivered to an address unless someone over the age of 18 is there to sign for and receive it.
Substitution Policy
Should any item in our gift hampers be unavailable at the time of placing your order, Gifts On The Hop reserves the right to substitute that product with another product of greater or equal value and quality, at no additional cost. This may happen from time to time, in order to ensure that your specialty gift arrives within the requested time frame.
