General Delivery Information

We endeavour to source the best possible rates for delivery Australia wide and assure you of our best service at all times. The following information clearly explains our delivery procedures and costs:

• All orders are confirmed by email prior to delivery.
• Deliveries can only be made to street addresses and Rural Mail Boxes. There is no delivery to postal boxes.
• A signature is required on receipt of the delivery. Please ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. It may be advisable to deliver to the recipient’s work address if there is no-one at home to receive the delivery.
• Delivery costs cover delivery to one address. If more that one gift hamper is ordered for the same address, the first hamper incurs the standard delivery rate while the further hampers are delivered at a discounted rate.
• Ensure that the correct delivery address is given on the order form, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred if the delivery address is incorrect.
• If re-delivery is required due to the recipient being unavailable to accept the goods, a second delivery charge will apply.
• Gifts that contain alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to people over the age of 18.
• Unfortunately, some perishable items may not be suitable for delivery to regional areas. If so, we will confirm alternative suitable products with you by e-mail, before proceeding with the order.
• All hampers delivered outside of Perth will be packaged in a stylish glossy gift box.

Delivery Costs

Delivery and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase, and generally range between $40.00 and $125.00, depending on where in Australia your gift is to be delivered.

Western Australia
Perth Metro: $40.00
Perth Outer Metro: $60.00
WA Country: $55.00

Eastern States
Major Cities: $100.00
Regional Areas: $125.00

International Delivery: Costs on application.

Delivery Times

Same Day Delivery:

• Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday are by special arrangement only, and will incur a further charge.
• Same Day Delivery in the Perth Metro and outer Metro areas can be assured if the order is received by 10:00am that day.
• Orders received after 10:00 am will be delivered the following day.
• Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our very best to meet your preferred delivery time.

Next Day Delivery:

• Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Next working day delivery is available to most Australian Capital Cities and their associated metropolitan areas, if orders are received by 2:00 pm EST.
• Time and date of delivery cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet your preferred delivery time.

Regional Deliveries:

• Regional deliveries are available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Regional deliveries may take 2-3 working days and more remote locations may take longer.
• Regional delivery includes delivery to Rural Mail Boxes (RMB).

Special Deliveries:

• Special deliveries required outside of normal trading hours can be arranged on request. A further charge will apply.
